About Mentor
Krishna Kumar Keshri
Founder • Owner • Director • Senior Faculty
I am Krishna Kumar Keshri, Founder, Owner, Director, and Senior Faculty of IKAT ACADEMY, with more than 15 years of dedicated experience in teaching, mentoring, and academic leadership. IKAT ACADEMY was founded with a clear and sincere objective — to strengthen academic foundations and guide students towards confident, result-oriented learning
I personally teach Class 9 & 10 Mathematics and Science, Class 11 & 12 Physics and Zoology, and lead focused preparation for IIT-JEE, NEET, and CUET (Physics & Zoology). Alongside teaching, I actively design and supervise the complete academic framework of the institute, ensuring that students from Class 4 to Class 12, across Science, Commerce, and Humanities, receive structured, concept-driven, and exam-aligned education.
My teaching philosophy is built on clarity, discipline, and encouragement. I believe that every student can perform well when concepts are strong and guidance is honest. Over the years, my role has evolved from a classroom teacher to an academic mentor who supports students not only in scoring marks, but in building confidence, consistency, and a positive learning mindset.
As Academic Head, I personally guide and mentor the faculty team of IKAT ACADEMY. Each teacher follows a well-defined academic plan under my supervision, ensuring uniform teaching quality, syllabus discipline, and alignment with board and competitive exam requirements. This director-led academic system is one of the strongest pillars of the institute.
At IKAT ACADEMY, education goes beyond books and exams. We focus on foundation, confidence, character, and long-term growth. Rooted in traditional Indian guru–shishya values and strengthened with modern academic strategies, the institute provides a learning environment where students feel supported, motivated, and guided at every step of their academic journey.
